Scheduled an appointment. Was waiting for a about 40 minutes for the shop to open Saturday morning. Received a call hours later apologysing for force majeure circumstances. It would be nice to call customers prior to the time or shortly after the time of the appointment.

I would also like to take this chance to comment that we were not open on Saturday the 24th because of the Christmas-Eve holiday weekend. We tried our best to notify our customers of our holiday hours and not schedule any appointments. Regardless, I understand the frustration of waiting on a business and am sorry about the trouble it must have caused you. I personally will use your feedback to improve our policies and procedures to ensure this does not happen again. I do hope you don't judge the entire company by this one experience.
