Would not recommend taking a diesel to this shop. My truck was over heating. They were the closest shop. They did get me right in. After about 30 minutes of reading the scan tool, Val told me he could not find anything wrong with my truck. Charged me $72 and sent me on my way. Went to another shop and 15 minutes later found out I had a blown head gasket. Val only looked at the scan tool. No degas test, pressure test, etc. Do not go here!! Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We are by appointment only for advanced diagnostics. Tim stopped by with no appointment, while passing through on a road trip. He claimed his truck was overheating. We understood Tim's situation being out of town with other people in his vehicle and directed our Master Tech to assist outside of schedule. We checked the cooling system for loss of coolant/ abnormalities. Coolant level was normal and vehicle was not overheating at that time and no bubbling was occurring from active exhaust leak gases into the cooling system from the head gasket. We were not able to identify any indicators of a blown head gasket or other cooling system abnormalities from our preliminary tests. Due to time constraints Tim, did not authorize leaving his vehicle to conduct any advanced testing.

Came in for an emergency, with no appointment. The receptionists were very eager to help, and the guy who came to check the car was very efficient, solving the problem at no time and refused to charge me for the service.

5 Stars! I don't usually write reviews, but felt compelled in this case. Not only are they friendly and accommodating, buy they actually refunded me for a part that they didn't use on my 2008 Prius catalytic converter. They didn't have to do that b/c I would have never known the difference. Can't get more HONEST than that. Karill does a fantastic job. I always recommend them to my friends. Service: Engine repair

Do not ever take your car here, they will estimate your car on the phone different then doing in person, worst costumer service ever i would never recommend these guys.. they need to hire better mechanics

This customer had his significant other come in to get an AC service, - evacuate and recharge AC system. We notified this customer, before the service that an AC service would likely not fix his AC problem based on the symptoms he described and that he needed instead diagnostic testing to determine what was the actual fault in his vehicle's system. Rather than taking our recommendation seriously, claims of being a mechanic and knowing what was wrong were made. After declining diagnostic testing 4 times and demanding an AC service. We did what was requested, we did it to standard and we stand by our work.
