Long story short I bought a used vehicle and the engine seized about a month later. Without ABC Auto Repair honesty and integrity to get my car fixed and have the dealership do the right thing I would be at lost of a vehicle. I had ABC Auto Repair doing my inspections for the car diagnostics at great price and the dealership would complete the repairs at no charge. Thank you ABC Auto Repair for assisting me with my dealership issues. I would recommend this shop to friends and family for any type of repair. These guys will not disappoint!

Friend put his car in the shop. When we got it back, the transmission may have been rebuilt(?), but it sounded like clunker when they delivered it. Besides the transmission, nothing was wrong when it went in, it purred like a kitten. He says he had to weld the muffler on. But it wasn't noise before what did you do? Return it in the condition equal to or better than which you received it, please.

Hello Richard, the exhaust had to be removed when replacing the transmission. Due to rust, after installation the exhaust developed a leak which was the extra noise. Your friend left the car and we re-addressed the exhaust to correct the noise. If the condition redevelops we can keep patching it up, at some point though just like the transmission the exhaust will need to be replaced. Thank You

2003 impala. I went in for transmission flush, filter, and oil change. Two day's go by and check engine light appears. I check oil level. It's a good half inch over filled. I take car back and explain. There was no leaks what so ever in my drive way before I brought my car for these service's. Oil way over filled. The pictures showing level two day's after, which is where my thumb is. Two day's. One picture is my drive way and second picture is right after I bring my car back and explain. The guy gor really defensive as I was explaining. They did not even drain the oil level to proper level. Clearly it's dripping oil right there durning my second visit explaing what was happening. They made a serious mistake and they did nothing on their behalf to fix it but get mad and very rude. I'm very disappointed. But what can a person do? Do not recommend. I feel terrible

This customer was provided with BEFORE and AFTER pictures of his repair. He brought his own oil filter and own 5 quarts of oil. The repair was conducted per his instructions. The before picture on his inspection sheet which he has a digital copy of (but failed to post here) clearly shows an extensive oil leak coming from the oil pan gasket. Multiple droplets of oil are visible all over the oil pan before the oil service was conducted. The customer was notified of his oil leaking conditions prior to and after repairs with a recommendation and estimate to replace the oil pan gasket. He was notified that he will continue to have oil loss. The Customer probably did not see the oil dripping on his driveway before because he was already low and it already leaked out elsewhere. We offered to drain his oil half a quart to his satisfaction. He refused because he knew his oil leak is extensive and it would leak out anyway. This customer demanded we fix his oil pan gasket for free. We run an honest small repair facility and back all of our work with a 2 year nationwide NAPA warranty. Note, the bulk of the repair, Transmission Filter and Fluid Flush, was not mentioned. The before and after pictures were not posted. The repair was conducted perfectly. We work out issues as they arise and have our customers backs because our customers are family. We also stand behind our work and will not be cheated. We provide honesty upfront, we’d appreciate your honesty in return. Thank you.
